Tracking your Order

Once your order is ready for delivery , you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and an expected delivery date from our shipping carrier. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days after placing your order , check your spams . Change of address
To ensure that your order is delivered successfully please make sur you provide us the correct shipping address when placing your order.
We can change your order shipping address within the 24 hours after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped , we are unable to make any changes, as it’s the delivery company that is handling your order.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within the 24 hours of your purchase .
Cancellation after 24 hours will requite you to return the order undamaged to us in order to receive a full refund. We may also not exchange or cancel your order after the 24 hours of your purchase , as it will have already been send into production
Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied of your order , you have 30 days from the delivery date to return the products. Please contact us at support@luxuryartcanvas.com to follow our return procedure.
Please allow us 48 hours from the date we receive your return for processing the refund. The refunds will be issued and may take 5-7 days business days to show on your bank account.
